I recently learned to crochet this newborn popcorn crochet hat pattern and fell in LOVE! I I decided I wanted a pattern for a hat made out of it completely but found nothing. I looked everywhere I could think and couldn’t even find something similar. So I made my own!
I’d love to give my pattern away for free but we’re not in a free pattern giving position! However I do need people to review it and so if anyone sees my cute little hat and is interested in it- the first three people to contact me will receive the pattern for free in exchange for their honest critiques!
I used a light worsted weight yarn with a size G hook. This hat is truly an x-small newborn size hat. I will be updating the pattern with sizes small-large adjustments.

Thank you so much for the reply! If I don’t see you reply to this I will email you because I am truly sorry I’ve been so late in responding. The past month has been RIDICULOUSLY busy. However, that is no excuse. I am going to send you this pattern however, I’m still waiting on my lovely ladies who are to be telling me what a -bad new pattern maker I am and how to fix it- to get back to me! Would you like to be one of those ladies? I can handle it. I know it’s still not professional quality (though hopefully not too awful for my first pattern!). I will be getting it to you soon
